Spaghetti Western will serve fresh Italian food made with carefully chosen, often locally sourced ingredients: pizza and pasta, salads, grilled meats, and playful desserts. The Italian food everyone loves, made simply, with good ingredients.

An early dinner with the whole family before the movies. Sunday brunch with friends. A cocktail and a pizza after a long day. Whether you’re coming from a benefit or bringing the kids after the game, everyone is welcome. Spaghetti Western is for all occasions.

The design brings together Santa Clarita’s filmmaking history and the style of 1960s Italy, when Italian and American crews filmed in the desert valleys of Tabernas in Almería, the hills of Lazio outside Rome, and the Santa Clarita Valley in California to create the new genre that would become known as the spaghetti western.
