We expect to welcome you in 8–10 weeks. This is our current estimate; a confirmed opening date will be announced.

Founder dining credit is redeemable daily, with a dedicated allocation available for members each service. Through the members-only reservation page, you can make preferred reservations and see which dates still have Founder Credit availability. Choose a date with available Founder Credit to apply your dining credit to your visit, or use your preferred member reservation access for any available date and pay normally.

Founder Credit may also be used for eligible walk-in dining and direct takeout when same-day availability remains. New availability is offered throughout the calendar, and cancellations can reopen Founder Credit spots on popular dates. Unused dining credit carries forward and does not expire.

Your membership begins when you join. Founder hats ship within 30 days of signup. After your payment is verified, open your digital membership card in your account to show it on your phone and see available wallet downloads. Your reservation privileges begin as reservations become available, separately from Founder Credit availability.

The Gold Rush includes two hats, and The Trailblazer includes one hat. The $400 Gold Rush includes four tickets; the $200 Trailblazer includes two. Join us for our Founders exclusive weekend preview party before opening. Have your photo taken on our exclusive red carpet, sign the Founders Wall, and enjoy complimentary wine, cocktails and light Italian fare. Every membership includes preferred dinner and brunch reservations, member-only dishes and cocktails, an online house account, and Founder Credit dining throughout the year. Buy it for yourself, or share your membership and house account with a second member. Gold Rush includes one $600 shared dining-credit account, two hats and four tickets total, even when purchased for yourself.

Non-member reservations are for parties of six or more only. Members may also book smaller parties and receive preferred consideration for all party sizes, including larger groups and semi-private dining, subject to availability.

Following your reservation or waitlist request, we’ll generally contact you when a suitable cancellation or opening becomes available and hold the table while we await your response. We’ll tell you when to reply and do our best to accommodate your table preferences. Your booking is confirmed when you hear back from us.

The waitlist is generally first come, first served. Gold Star recognition lets our team know you’re a member and gives you preferred consideration for suitable openings; it does not guarantee immediate seating, a fixed wait time, or moving ahead of every other party.

The program can begin with any number of members, up to a maximum of 600 across all available levels. We may close enrollment earlier depending on the mix of memberships sold; we do not need to sell all 600 to begin.

You’re purchasing dining credit and the privileges of your selected membership level. Membership is a dining program and does not convey equity or ownership in Spaghetti Western.

No. Membership dining credit cannot be used to buy or reload gift certificates or gift cards, or be converted into someone else’s account credit. Enjoy it on eligible dine-in and direct takeout purchases, including applicable sales tax. Gift certificates must be purchased separately using another accepted payment method.
