Founding 600 Membership Terms

1. Your membership
Family Meal, CA, LLC, doing business as Spaghetti Western Restaurant & Bar, operates the Founding 600 at 22520 Lyons Avenue, Downtown Newhall, California. Trailblazer costs $200 once and includes $300 in dining credit for one named user and one Founder hat. Gold Rush costs $400 once and includes $600 in ONE shared dining-credit account for two named users and two Founder hats. Gold Rush: 60 will be sold. Enrollment is limited to 600 memberships in total and may close earlier. No minimum enrollment is required.
2. Dining Credit
Membership privileges begin after verified payment, and member reservation access is separate from dining-credit availability. From the restaurant’s actual opening, unused dining credit included with your membership is eligible for redemption daily on operating days, subject to the dedicated Founder Credit allocation for each service. Use the members-only reservation page to view dates with Founder Credit availability and request a credit dining visit. Alternatively, request a regular member reservation for an available date and pay normally, without using dining credit. Founder Credit availability varies by date and service; preferred reservation access does not guarantee a table or Founder Credit availability on any particular date. New availability is offered throughout the calendar, and cancellations may return capacity to popular dates. Unused dining credit carries forward and does not expire. Enjoying credit throughout the year does not impose a one-year expiration. Founder Credit reservations are planned across dinner and Saturday and Sunday brunch services. We expect to begin with approximately eight Founder Credit table bookings per day, adjusting availability as members dine; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed daily minimum or an individual allocation. Unused service allocation may inform additional availability for upcoming services. The restaurant has not opened; the Founder Credit booking calendar is not yet live. Example calendars are previews, not bookable availability. Live service availability will be published before Founder Credit bookings open.
3. Using your credit
Founder Credit may be applied to eligible dine-in purchases, including applicable sales tax, on a confirmed Founder Credit dining visit. Eligible walk-in dining and direct takeout may also use Founder Credit when same-day allocation remains; confirm availability with the restaurant before ordering. A regular member reservation does not itself allocate Founder Credit capacity. Reservation requests require restaurant confirmation; submitting a request does not deduct credit. Credit is applied to eligible purchases when you dine or collect direct takeout, up to your unused eligible balance; pay any remaining bill and gratuity separately. Credit cannot pay gratuity, purchase or reload gift certificates or gift cards, or pay for delivery or third-party marketplace orders, including restaurant-branded delivery fulfilled by a third party. This restriction applies to both the paid and promotional portions of the credit and does not limit any refund or cash-redemption right required by law. Credit is not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Both Gold Rush users spend from ONE shared $600 dining-credit account; neither receives a separate $600 allowance. A reservation does not create additional credit.
4. Gratuity
Our team is an important part of the Founding 600 experience. For table service, we ask you to calculate gratuity on the full food and beverage subtotal before dining credits, excluding sales tax. Dining credit cannot cover gratuity; pay any gratuity separately by cash or card. Tipping remains voluntary and the amount is always your choice. Agreement does not authorize an automatic tip or require a minimum tip.
5. Benefits and hats
Membership benefits begin after verified payment. Preferred reservations become available when restaurant reservations open. The restaurant generally takes reservations for parties of six or more; members may request smaller reservations and receive preference for parties of all sizes, including larger groups and semi-private dining, subject to availability. Gold-star waitlist placement is discretionary and does not guarantee immediate seating or a specific table. Following a request, we may contact you about suitable cancellations or available space and hold an offered table until the stated reply deadline. We will try to accommodate table preferences. Your digital membership card is an account tool, not a physical shipment. Founder hats ship within 30 days of signup. You can edit shipping details before shipping begins. If shipping is delayed, we will contact you with the options required by applicable law, including delay consent or cancellation/refund for unshipped merchandise where applicable.
6. Preview events
Your membership includes admission to our press and VIP launch parties shortly before opening: two tickets for Trailblazer and four tickets for Gold Rush, covering each named member and one guest. Get your photo taken on the carpet, sign the Founders Wall, and enjoy light food and cocktails. We plan up to three evenings; dates, capacity and RSVP details will be announced. Select from available evenings in your account when RSVPs open. These are launch receptions, not a full dinner.
7. Opening, delays and refunds
You are purchasing a pre-opening membership. A confirmed opening date has not been announced. Opening estimates are not guaranteed dates and may change because of permitting, inspections, required approvals, or other delays. We will keep members informed. Dining-credit redemption begins when the restaurant opens and remains subject to service availability. If the restaurant project is permanently cancelled before opening, we will refund the amount you actually paid. Except where required by law or expressly provided in these terms, purchases are not refundable for a change of mind. We may approve goodwill refunds based on individual circumstances. Contact hello@spaghettiwesternscv.com so we can review your request. A discretionary refund does not create a general refund entitlement for other purchases. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable law.
8. Your account and support
Keep your login private and your contact and delivery details current. Each Gold Rush user has a separate login to the shared membership. Confirm the second user's email before granting access; both users can see shared membership details and credit activity. We use the supplied information to administer your membership, fulfill benefits, and send account, credit, event and delivery notices. Payment details are processed by Stripe. These terms apply to purchases made under version 1.4. Earlier purchases remain governed by the terms accepted for those purchases; this version does not automatically replace or reduce those rights.
